Programs
GREEN implements its programs with the active involvement of its trained volunteers, specifically from women's Self Help Groups, SHGs. As we have more than 600 SHGs, we have more than 1200 trained women volunteers spread over 68 villages. Apart from them, we train leaders of youth clubs and union leaders of small and marginal farmers as volunteers. College students from reputed colleges in Theni district also visit our target villages and serve as volunteers during their learning process or project work. Similarly, YOU can also contribute your mite in fields that you think you are fit for and serve the rural masses to improve their living standards. Read more.....
